Education is the most glorious undertaking under the heaven. My greatest happiness in life is to invest in education and run school, which is one of my moves to develop Yihai Garden Residential Quarter and realize Happy Life Project and one measure to do what little I could of my own will for implementation of the strategy of “Rejuvenate the Country by Relying on Science and Education”.

My desire is once I run school I must do it best so as to enable students to receive the best education. It is precisely with this conviction and strong sense of social responsibility of an entrepreneur that this enterprise has, with investment of over five hundred million Yuan, by gathering many renowned principals from prestigious schools and people with lofty ideals, and in a spirit of unity and common endeavors, and of starting from scratch and growing in strength, gradually run six types of schools, i.e. Yihai Middle School, Primary School, Kindergarten, International Academy, New Century Training School and College for the Aged. Over the thirteen years since the schools were established, the enrollment rate in college entrance examination has hit 100% in successive years; and the top university bachelor enrollment rate has hit over 85% in consecutive years. These schools have won over two thousand awards, and a contingent of outstanding teachers, managerial personnel and students have won national-level prizes. So we are finally able to say that all our schools have reached their maturity. Yihai Education Group at the earliest stage boasted only a few dozens of students, but now New Century Training Schools and College for the Aged in both Beijing and Changsha, as well as various schools in Beijing have teaching staff of over 600 and students of over 4,000. What we have done so far have shared proprietors’ cares and burdens, provided a quality learning environment for the children; and our schools have become the vanguard among the independent schools in the country and we proudly stand at the forefront in the Beijing basic education.

What fruit Yihai Education Group has achieved today is inseparable with the long-term cares and supports given by leaders at various levels, a lot of guidance and help given by the friends from various circles, hard working of those teachers, and the understandings, trust and support given by students and their parents. Having said that, I’d like, with all sincerity, to extend my gratitude and high respects to all of you present.

Reviewing the past, we are gratified with the development of Yihai education; we pledge, as always, to make our share of contribution and join you all in ushering in a more wonderful prospect of the Yihai education.
